Temperature and models
Our boxes run from 0–10°C for chilled produce and dairy, through -10°C for short frozen routes, down to -20°C for ice cream and deep-frozen seafood. The temperature range is set by the refrigeration system and the insulation thickness, not by the box size — a 1000L box is available as a chiller (SR-C05) or a deep freezer (SR-C25).
Voltage and batteries
Our units run on DC from 12V to 72V depending on model, connecting directly to the vehicle's power. Where the route is longer than the vehicle runtime can support, we supply an optional LiFePO4 battery pack. Real range depends on ambient temperature, door-opening frequency, how warm the cargo was when loaded, and how well the box was pre-cooled — which is why we ask for your route profile rather than quoting a number.
Shipping, MOQ and lead time
We quote EXW Ningbo as standard, and can quote FOB or CFR on request. Sample units are available for evaluation. Lead time depends on model and volume; ask us with your quantity and we will give you a date rather than a range.
Refrigerants and EU F-Gas
Selected models run R290, which has a GWP of 3 against R134a's 1430 and R404a's 3922. EU F-Gas regulation is progressively restricting high-GWP refrigerants in commercial refrigeration, and R290 is the direction the market is moving. Whether a given configuration meets your destination market's rules is something we confirm per enquiry — we will tell you what the equipment uses and let you check the local requirement rather than assuming on your behalf.
Can you ship a complete tricycle?
Yes, and we will also tell you the catch: most countries regulate an electric tricycle as a vehicle, not as cargo, so a complete unit may require type approval and registration. The alternative is box-only supply, mounted on a chassis you source locally. In the EU, an 18 km/h tricycle with a 5.2 kWh pack falls into L-category vehicle rules. Ask us about your specific market before ordering a complete unit.
Warranty and after-sales
Complete units carry a one-year warranty. We supply spare parts, controller parameters and wiring documentation with the unit, and we answer technical questions directly — the person replying knows how the box is built because we built it.
OEM and custom builds
We build to customer drawings on box dimensions, voltage, temperature range and branding, and we supply box-only to vehicle builders. If you distribute cold-chain equipment and want a private-label line, that is a normal enquiry for us.
