What to send us for a fast answer
The more of these you can give us, the fewer emails it takes to reach a price:
- Cargo — what you are carrying, and whether it is chilled or frozen.
- Temperature — the range you need to hold, and for how many hours.
- Daily volume — how much per delivery, and how many deliveries a day.
- Vehicle and power — what the box will be mounted on, and what voltage is available.
- Destination country and port — so we can quote the right Incoterm and flag any import requirements.
- Quantity — a sample unit, a first order, or an annual volume.
Trade terms
We quote EXW as standard and can quote FOB Ningbo or CFR where that helps. Units carry a one-year warranty. Sample units are available for evaluation, and we are happy to supply to your own freight forwarder.
If you build or sell vehicles locally and only need the refrigerated body, say so in your first message. It changes the specification, the shipping volume and the price, and it is a large part of what we do.
