Knowing where a refrigerated box is made tells you what happens when something goes wrong. We do the manufacturing ourselves, which means a specification change, a spare part or a rework request goes to the people who built the box, not to a third party.

From order to container: six steps

  1. Specification confirmation — box dimensions, temperature range, voltage, refrigerant and insulation thickness confirmed in writing before production starts.
  2. Body production — rotomoulding for HHPE bodies, or lay-up for glass-fibre, according to the model.
  3. PU foaming — one-piece polyurethane foam injected between inner and outer walls. This step is where most cheap boxes are cut short, and it is the step that decides holding time.
  4. Refrigeration assembly — compressor, evaporator, condenser and controller installed and wired, with the DC circuit tested as installed.
  5. Temperature test — the completed unit is run and its pull-down and holding performance checked against the specified setpoint.
  6. Final inspection and packing — door seals, latches, controller settings and finish checked; documentation packed with the unit.

What we check, and what we tell you

Every unit is temperature tested before packing. What we do not do is publish a templated test report for every model — the meaningful performance numbers depend on ambient conditions, load and application, and a number measured in a Ningbo workshop will not match your route in Jakarta. If you need performance data for a specific configuration, ask, and we will tell you exactly what we have measured and what we have not.

OEM and ODM

We supply box-only to companies that already build vehicles, and we build to customer drawings on box dimensions, voltage, temperature range and branding. If you distribute cold-chain equipment and want a private-label line, that is a normal conversation for us.
